Even though the heart is rocking in troubled waters, a strong body or exterior can really mask it.
But once the strong exterior is peeled off, all that's left is vulnerability. I'm finally sick, the last line of defence is stripped off, it is energy draining.
Its a good chance to let myself take a break and rest, I thought.
Still, can't wait to be back strong & healthy, it is so important, I need that protection -_-
